Integration, planned

Property Finder

We do not have a native Property Finder connection, and we are not going to imply that we do. Here is exactly how a Property Finder enquiry reaches Treasury today, and exactly what a native sync would add.

The claim

Property Finder enquiries reach Treasury today by forwarding them to your brand's lead webhook. A native sync is planned.

Today

How a portal lead arrives now

Forward the enquiry
Point the mailbox that receives Property Finder enquiries at your brand's lead webhook, or post it from whatever tool already reads that mailbox. It is the same public route the websites and the ad platforms use.
One brand only
The webhook secret belongs to one brand, so an enquiry can only ever be written into that brand's pipeline.
Never filed twice
Send the portal's own reference with the lead and a repeated delivery updates the record instead of creating a second one.
Answered on arrival
The owner is alerted, the answering clock starts, and the lead can enter a WhatsApp follow-up without anybody opening a screen.
The unanswered ones surface
A lead nobody has answered inside your limit moves to whoever has the fewest open leads and appears on their day, which is the part a forwarded email never does on its own.

Planned

What a native sync would add

A direct connection to the Property Finder Enterprise API, so an enquiry arrives structured rather than parsed out of an email: the listing it came from, the enquiry type, and the portal's own lead id for deduplication.

With it comes listing mapping, so a lead lands attached to the unit it asked about, and your inventory can be published from the same records rather than kept in two places. There is no date on this and we will not invent one.

Being straight about it

Where this leaves you today

We are not a Property Finder integration partner. If a native connection is the thing you are buying, PropSpace has been a named Enterprise API partner for years and it is the honest answer for you right now.

What Treasury gives you today is what happens after the lead arrives: one record per person across every brand you run, WhatsApp with the reply logged, an answering clock, and a price that does not go up when you hire.

Questions

Does Treasury sync with Property Finder today?
No, not natively. Enquiries reach Treasury by being forwarded to your brand's lead webhook, which works today and is what our customers use.
Will a forwarded lead be deduplicated?
Yes, if it carries the portal's own reference. A repeat delivery then updates the existing record rather than creating a second one.
Can leads from two portals land in the same pipeline?
Yes, and each keeps its source, so your reporting still shows which portal produced which outcome.
When will the native sync ship?
We do not publish dates for work that is not built. Ask on the call and we will tell you where it actually is.
