Comparison

Treasury vs Follow Up Boss

Follow Up Boss is a strong team CRM built for the American market, and it charges for every person you hire. Treasury never counts seats, and it is built for the channel Gulf buyers actually answer on.

The claim

Follow Up Boss bills every hire and has no WhatsApp of its own. Treasury never counts seats and sends WhatsApp from the first tier.

The arithmetic

What the seat model costs you

Five people on Follow Up Boss Grow is EUR 317 a month. Five people on Treasury is EUR 79, and the fifth person is free because the fourth was. Thirty people is EUR 917 there and EUR 249 here.

The number is not the whole point. Per seat is why growing companies come to resent their CRM: every hire is a new invoice line, so somebody gets left off the system to save a licence and the data rots around them. That is the one thing we will not copy.

The channel

The Gulf answers on WhatsApp

Follow Up Boss has no native WhatsApp. You bridge it with third-party middleware, which means the thread lives in a tool nobody audits and the history belongs to somebody else.

Treasury sends WhatsApp from the client's record on the first tier, with the brand's own template already filled in, and logs the reply back on the same record. It is not an official WhatsApp Business Platform inbox. That is planned and we will not pretend otherwise.

Honestly

Where Follow Up Boss is ahead

Calling. It gives a team a company two-way number, records the calls and reports on them, and Treasury has no voice at all. If your team lives on the phone and wants a dialler, it wins on that.

Its American portal connections are excellent and irrelevant here. Its team accountability tooling, leaderboards and answer-time reporting is what a broker-owner actually buys, and it is good.

Asked and answered

Questions

Does Treasury import from Follow Up Boss?
Yes, by CSV, and the import maps your old stage names onto yours rather than ours, so a pipeline arrives looking the way your team already reads it.
Does Treasury have a dialler?
No. There is no voice and no SMS. Click to call with logging is on the list, a predictive dialler is not.
Is Treasury cheaper at every size?
At every size in the table above, yes, and by three to four times. What changes our price is the volume of contacts and sending, never the number of people.
Can I run several offices under one account?
Yes, and they can be separate brands with separate domains rather than one shared pipeline, if that is how the offices actually trade.
