# Treasury > A hosted CRM for property teams who run more than one brand. WhatsApp, email, > pipeline, deals, property units and meetings on one screen. Existing customers sign in at https://app.treasurycrm.com. ## Who it is for Property operators who run several brands, luxury brokerages with small teams and large deals, off-plan sales teams working long cycles, and agencies who resell the CRM to their own clients under their own name. ## Pricing From EUR 19 per brand per month. Seats are unlimited on every plan, and the entry price includes the brand's own domain and sending address. Further brands are added at half the tier rate from the second, and agencies reselling under their own name are on a flat wholesale rate from EUR 490 a month. What moves the price is the size of the work: how many contacts are live, how much you send, and whether you need automation, permissions and an audit trail. There is no self-serve tier and no free trial. Every account is set up with a person. ## What is true today - WhatsApp click to chat from a client's record, with personalised templates per brand, and an inbound bridge that logs replies back onto the right record. - Facebook and Instagram lead ads, natively, with the outcome of each lead sent back to Meta through the Conversions API. - White-label multi-tenancy: each brand has its own users, records, templates, domain, certificate and sending address, and nothing leaks between them. - Pipelines with stages named per brand, deals, companies, property units, viewings, booking links, sequences, automations and reporting. - A public read API at /api/v1 with scoped keys and an OpenAPI document. ## What is not true yet - There is no official WhatsApp Business Platform inbox. Sending is click to chat with personalised templates, not an approved Meta channel. Planned. - There is no native portal sync. Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle enquiries reach Treasury by being forwarded to a brand's lead webhook. Planned. - There is no in-platform billing. Treasury invoices the account holder; it does not bill an agency's clients on the agency's behalf. Treasury is customer software for a sales team: clients, companies, pipelines, notes, tasks and every message you send them, in one place. It is hosted, so there is nothing to install and nothing to keep running. What separates it from a general CRM is that one account can hold several businesses at once, each with its own users, records, templates and public face. ### Does Treasury work with WhatsApp? Yes, from the first tier. You send from a client's record with click to chat, and the message arrives already written from that brand's template, with the name, the property and the sign-off filled in. Replies come back through the inbound bridge and are logged on the right client in the right brand. It is not an official WhatsApp Business Platform inbox yet. Each brand has its own domain, logo, colours and sender. A client signing in sees their own name on the login screen and receives mail from their own address. The records behind the brands never mix. ### Is there a free trial? No, and there is no self-serve tier. Every account is set up with you, so the first conversation is about how many brands you run and who needs to see them. ### Do leads from Property Finder and Bayut come in automatically? Not natively yet. Today a portal enquiry reaches Treasury by being forwarded to that brand's lead webhook, which is the same public route every other integration posts to, so the lead lands in one brand only, alerts the owner and starts the follow-up clock. Native portal sync is planned. ### Can an agency resell Treasury under its own name? Yes. You put the CRM on your own domain, under your own brand, at your own price. We invoice you once, for everything, and what you charge your client is between you and them.
