Comparison
Treasury vs Lofty
Lofty, which used to be Chime, is one of the strongest American real estate platforms: multi-step nurture, a power dialler, ad management and a long AI feature list. What it will not tell you is what any of it costs.
The claim
Lofty publishes four packages and not one price. Treasury publishes three figures, and the first is EUR 19 a month.
Side by side
Treasury and Lofty
Lofty's four packages and its feature list are from its own pricing page, read on 15 October 2026, which prints no price on any package. The annual figure and the AI add-on price are reported by third-party review sites, not quoted by Lofty, and we could not confirm either. Our figures are from our own price list.
The quote wall
A price is a product decision
We read Lofty's pricing page on 15 October 2026. It lists four packages, Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise, and every one of them carries a Request Pricing button. Review sites report an entry cost of about USD 5,988 a year plus a setup fee, which is reported rather than quoted, and we could not confirm it.
Our three figures are printed: EUR 19, EUR 79 and EUR 249 a month, per brand, seats never counted. You can work out what Treasury costs your firm before you speak to us, which means the first call is about your pipeline instead of about your budget.
Honestly
Where Lofty is ahead
Smart Plans are a better nurture engine than ours: email, text, call tasks and direct mail in one ordered plan. Lofty also has a power dialler, advertising management and a longer AI feature list than we do, including lead scoring and task prioritisation, and a reported AI sales agent that works new leads on its own.
If your team runs paid campaigns and a dialler all day in one American market, Lofty is a serious answer and we will say so on the call. Reviewers do warn that Smart Plans are technical and cumbersome to set up, which is the usual price of that depth.
The difference
Where Treasury is ahead
The channel. Gulf and European buyers answer on WhatsApp, and Treasury sends from a client's record on the first tier, with the brand's template already filled in, then logs the reply on the same record. A qualification bot answers the first message in seconds and asks the questions you would have asked.
The structure. One account holds every brand you own, each with its own users, records, templates, domain and sending address, and nothing crosses between them. Seats are never counted, so a brand with forty agents costs what a brand with one costs.
Not yet
What Treasury does not have
No dialler, no direct mail and no advertising management. Calls are made from the phone and the outcome is logged in one tap, which feeds the leaderboard, and that is the whole of it.
No native portal sync: a Property Finder or Bayut enquiry reaches us as the forwarded notification email, which we read into a lead. No native mobile app either; Treasury installs to the home screen as a web app.

Questions
- What does Lofty cost?
- Lofty does not say. Its pricing page lists four packages, Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise, and each one is a Request Pricing button rather than a figure. Third-party review sites report about USD 5,988 a year to start plus a setup fee; that is reported, not quoted, and we could not confirm it. Treasury is EUR 19, EUR 79 and EUR 249 a month per brand, published.
- Is Treasury a Lofty alternative for a brokerage?
- For the part of the day that happens in messages, yes, and at a price you can read before the first call. For a team that lives on a power dialler and runs its own ad accounts inside the CRM, Lofty does more, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have paid us.
- Does Treasury have an AI agent that works new leads?
- Yes, on WhatsApp, included from the first tier: the bot answers the first message in seconds, asks the budget, the area and the timing, and hands a qualified lead to the agent whose turn it is. There is no per-lead quota and no add-on fee, because it is part of the product rather than a line on the invoice.
- Does Treasury have a power dialler?
- No. There is a call queue that puts one client on the screen at a time with the number and the WhatsApp thread ready, and the agent logs what happened in one tap, but the call itself is made by the phone. A predictive dialler is not on the roadmap.
