Comparison
Treasury vs BoldTrail
BoldTrail, which grew out of kvCORE, is the all-in-one an American brokerage buys when it wants the website, the lead engine and the CRM from one supplier. It is a lot of product, and you have to book a demo to find out what it costs.
The claim
BoldTrail names no price until you book a demo. Treasury publishes its price and charges nothing to set you up.
Side by side
Treasury and BoldTrail
BoldTrail publishes no price table on the product pages our research read: the site asks for a demo. Every BoldTrail figure above is therefore reported rather than quoted, taken from third-party write-ups and a pricing post on BoldTrail's own blog, read on 15 October 2026. Our figures are from our own price list.
The demo wall
What you are not told before the call
BoldTrail's pages describe the Smart CRM, the IDX website, smart campaigns, Marketing Autopilot and the lead engine, and send you to a demo form. The figures in circulation, about USD 499 a month for one agent, USD 499 to USD 999 for a team and about USD 999 to set up, are reported by third parties and a post on BoldTrail's own blog, not printed as a price table, so treat them as a direction and not a quote.
Treasury prints EUR 19, EUR 79 and EUR 249 a month per brand, with unlimited seats, and there is no setup fee to find out about later. If the reported BoldTrail entry figure is right, a single agent pays about EUR 458 a month there and EUR 19 here, and the gap is mostly the website we do not sell you.
Honestly
Where BoldTrail is ahead
It is a wider product than ours and it does things we have chosen not to do: an IDX website with its own lead capture, marketing campaigns running on autopilot, and a transaction back office in BackOffice, formerly Brokermint, which handles the paperwork and the commission statements after the deal.
If you want the website, the advertising and the CRM on one invoice from one supplier, that is a real reason to buy it, and no amount of price difference answers it.
The difference
Where Treasury is ahead
Treasury is the sales layer and nothing else, which is why it is light enough to start this week. A CSV from any CRM imports with the column names you already use, in English or Hungarian, duplicates are caught on the phone number rather than after they have split a lead in two, and the first reply is timed from the moment the enquiry lands.
And the structure: one account holds every brand you own, each on its own domain with its own sender and its own records. Seats are never counted. A brokerage that trades under three names is three brands here, not three subscriptions.
Not yet
What Treasury does not have
No website, no IDX feed and no listing syndication. If your site is the thing generating the leads, keep it, and we will take the leads from it through the lead form or the API.
No transaction back office and no commission statements for the finance team, although the forecast and the reports do carry commission. No dialler, no direct mail, and no native portal sync yet: Gulf portal enquiries arrive as the forwarded notification email, which we read into a lead.
Asked and answered
Questions
- What does BoldTrail cost?
- BoldTrail does not publish a price table on the product pages our research read; it asks for a demo. Third-party write-ups and a post on BoldTrail's own blog report about USD 499 a month for one agent, USD 499 to USD 999 a month for a team, up to about USD 5,000 for an enterprise and about USD 999 to set up. Those are reported figures, not a quote. Treasury is EUR 19, EUR 79 and EUR 249 a month per brand.
- Is Treasury a BoldTrail alternative?
- For the CRM half, yes, and for a team selling on WhatsApp it is the better half. For the website, the IDX listings and the transaction back office, no: we do not build any of that, and a brokerage that wants one supplier for all of it should buy BoldTrail.
- Does Treasury build my website?
- No. Treasury takes leads from the site you already have, through a lead form, the public API or a forwarded portal email, and it files them in the right brand. If you do want a new site, we have a sister product for that and it is a separate conversation.
- Does Treasury track commission?
- Yes, on the deal and in the reports: commission on each deal, what is forecast to close, and what each agent has earned, in your own currency. What it is not is a back office: there are no transaction checklists and no commission statements for an accountant.
