WhatsApp CRM for property teams
One CRM. Every brand under its own name.
Treasury runs the sales day for property teams: WhatsApp, email, pipeline, meetings, all on one screen. One account holds every brand you run, each on its own domain, with its own logo and its own sending address. The records behind them never mix.

Proof
Who runs on it
Treasury is in daily use by luxury property operators in Dubai and in Europe. It was built for that work: long cycles, high values, small teams, and more than one brand running at the same time. We do not publish client names. That is the point of the product, and it will apply to you too.

Unlimited on every plan, from EUR 19 a month

Your brand, your domain, your customers

Plainly
What Treasury is
Treasury is customer software for a sales team. Clients, companies, pipelines, notes, tasks and every message you send them, in one place. It is hosted, so there is nothing to install and nothing to keep running.
What separates it from a general CRM is that one account can hold several businesses at once. Each has its own users, its own records, its own templates and its own public face. Run them all yourself, or hand one to a client under your own brand and never appear in it.
White label
The same product, wearing your client’s name.
Nothing below changes except a short list of values: a name, a mark, two colours, a corner radius, a domain, a sender address. The record, the fields, the figures and the behaviour are identical in all four. That is the entire mechanism. There is no second codebase, no fork, and no rebuild when a client wants their own look.

The first three names are illustrative. The fourth is the one that matters: your client signs in at their own address, receives mail from their own sender, and never sees the word Treasury.
Who it is for
Two ways people buy this
The operator
You own three brands and the company above them. Today that means three CRMs, three exports and no honest view of the month. Treasury gives each brand its own workspace, team and pipeline, and gives you one login above all of them.
The agency
You already run the marketing. Now you resell the CRM under your own name, at your own price, on your own domain. We invoice you once, for everything. Your client is your client, and as far as they can tell the software is yours.
Multi-tenant
What is separate, and what is not
One system, many businesses, nothing leaking between them. The rows below are brands. The columns are what each brand keeps entirely to itself. A user attached to one row cannot see another. Only the last band crosses every row.

What it costs
Pricing
from
EUR 19
per month
one brand, unlimited seats, includes the domain and the sender
Seats are never counted. Nobody is left off the system to save a licence, and a brand with forty people costs the same as a brand with one. What moves the price is the size of the work: how many contacts are live in front of you, how much you send, and whether you need automation, permissions and an audit trail. Further brands are added at half rate, and agencies reselling under their own name are on a flat wholesale rate.
There is no self-serve tier and no free trial. Every account is set up with you, so the first conversation is about how many brands you run and who needs to see them.
Asked and answered
Questions
- What is Treasury?
- Treasury is customer software for a sales team: clients, companies, pipelines, notes, tasks and every message you send them, in one place. It is hosted, so there is nothing to install and nothing to keep running. What separates it from a general CRM is that one account can hold several businesses at once, each with its own users, records, templates and public face.
- Does Treasury work with WhatsApp?
- Yes, from the first tier. You send from a client's record with click to chat, and the message arrives already written from that brand's template, with the name, the property and the sign-off filled in. Replies come back through the inbound bridge and are logged on the right client in the right brand. It is not an official WhatsApp Business Platform inbox yet. That is planned.
- What does Treasury cost?
- From EUR 19 per brand per month. That is one brand with unlimited seats, and it includes the brand's own domain and sending address. Further brands are added at half rate, and agencies reselling under their own name are on a flat wholesale rate.
- Are seats counted?
- Never, on any plan. What moves the price is the size of the work: how many contacts are live in front of you, how much you send, and whether you need automation, permissions and an audit trail. Nobody is left off the system to save a licence.
- Can each brand have its own domain and sending address?
- Yes, and that is the point of the product. Each brand has its own domain, logo, colours and sender. A client signing in sees their own name on the login screen and receives mail from their own address. The records behind the brands never mix.
- Is there a free trial?
- No, and there is no self-serve tier. Every account is set up with you, so the first conversation is about how many brands you run and who needs to see them.
- Do leads from Property Finder and Bayut come in automatically?
- Not natively yet. Today a portal enquiry reaches Treasury by being forwarded to that brand's lead webhook, which is the same public route every other integration posts to, so the lead lands in one brand only, alerts the owner and starts the follow-up clock. Native portal sync is planned.
- Can an agency resell Treasury under its own name?
- Yes. You put the CRM on your own domain, under your own brand, at your own price. We invoice you once, for everything, and what you charge your client is between you and them. As far as your client can tell, the software is yours.
